Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund/Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, failed payments, and paid credits are handled for Mayukha.
2. Free Beta Usage
Free beta credits are provided without charge and have no cash value. Free credits cannot be exchanged, transferred, withdrawn, or refunded.
3. Paid Credits and Subscription Credits
- Paid credits are used to access Mayukha paid features such as recruiter contact usage and AI-assisted outreach.
- Credits that have already been used are generally non-refundable.
- Unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise, paid credit purchases are prepaid access and do not automatically renew.
- If recurring subscriptions are introduced later, cancellation terms will be shown at checkout and in the user account area.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
You may request a refund by contacting support if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A payment was debited but credits were not added due to a Mayukha system issue.
- A payment failed but money was deducted and not automatically reversed by the bank/payment provider.
- You purchased credits by mistake and no paid credits from that purchase have been used.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be declined when:
- Credits from the purchase have already been used.
- The request is based on hiring outcomes, reply rates, email deliverability, or third-party recruiter decisions.
- The account was suspended or restricted for misuse, spam, abuse, or violation of our Terms.
- The request is made after an unreasonable delay without payment proof or account details.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email mayukha000@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, amount, payment reference/order id, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the payment.
7. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are usually initiated within 7 business days. The final credit to your original payment method may take additional time depending on Razorpay, your bank, card network, UPI provider, or wallet provider.
8. Cancellation
If your purchase is a one-time credit purchase, there is no recurring plan to cancel. If Mayukha introduces recurring subscriptions, you will be able to cancel future renewals from the product or by contacting support. Cancellation does not automatically refund credits already used.
