1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mayukha, a privacy-first recruiter outreach platform for students and early-career professionals. By accessing or using Mayukha, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Mayukha helps users find recruiter contacts, prepare personalized outreach drafts, send approved emails using send-only Gmail access, and manually track outreach outcomes. Mayukha does not read, scan, or monitor your Gmail inbox in send-only mode.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

• You must provide accurate account and contact information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• During beta or Google OAuth testing, access may be limited to approved users or test users.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, spam, abuse, or security risk.

4. Google and Gmail Use

When you connect Google, Mayukha requests send-only Gmail permission so emails you approve can be sent on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each message before sending and for complying with Gmail, Google, recruiter platform, and applicable anti-spam rules.

5. Credits, Beta Access, and Payments

• Free beta access may include limited credits for a limited period.
• After free usage ends, users may buy paid credits or subscription credits to continue using paid features.
• Current public pricing may include 100 credits for Rs 200, unless changed on the website or checkout page.
• Credits may be consumed when generating outreach, sending emails, or using recruiter contacts, depending on the feature.
• Taxes, fees, and payment processing are handled as shown at checkout.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mayukha to:

• Send spam, deceptive, unlawful, harassing, or harmful messages.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, affiliation, or intent.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse contact data outside the intended outreach workflow.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.

7. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for resumes, profile details, prompts, recipient details, drafts, and any message content you provide, edit, approve, or send. AI-generated drafts are suggestions and must be reviewed by you before use.

8. Availability and Changes

Mayukha is currently a beta-stage product. Features, pricing, access limits, credits, and workflows may change as the product improves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund/Cancellation Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayukha is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including missed opportunities, hiring decisions, email deliverability issues, or third-party platform restrictions.
